  I canceled my policy 3 years ago and they forgot to cancel my motor club policy. I didn't catch this the first year it renewed for $48 but the second year I did and called and brought to their attention. They said it was too late to cancel but they would make sure I wouldn't be charged again and cancelled the policy. Guess what they didn't do. Once again no letter no phone call no account information just another charge to my credit card. This time I called All State directly. Although they weren't the most helpful bunch they at least post dated my cancellation and issued a credit. Why couldn't Andy and his team do that? The reason is "it is a separate policy and we have no control over it. We can't do anything without calling someone else" they are selling you a policy just for them to make money but really can't help you with it. I gave them a chance to make it right and was laughed at me. They have on record that I called to cancel my auto policy three years ago but stand by their charges. The owner Adam said I should have mad a note of who I talked to and when. Why do I need that when he told me when I called. I would highly recommend not to use this agency as their customer service and integrity are questionable at best.

  I walked into Allstate insurance (Andy Turner Merritt Island) inquiring about automotive insurance as I was with another company and wanted to compare rates. I prefer working with local businesses as much as possible. I was greeted immediately. I shared all the information they would need to give me a quote and had also brought documentation with me. I was able to leave and go on with my day as they researched my best options. The office uses email communication which is my preference. A quote with explanations was received by email and I called the office where I was immediately able to speak with my representative. I was able to process a secure payment through their system and did not have to go back into the office for anything. I'm sure if your preference is going into the office from my experience they are friendly and accessible. I also have my home owner insurance with their office.

  The price is reasonable and affordable. Everything was done on line and by phone. Their suggestions were helpful in me obtaining the right coverage for my policy.
