- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have called to see about what shots are needed for an upcoming missions trip and left numerous messages with different people. I have called to follow up on my messages, but I don't have a name since it is a general voicemail that I have left messages on. As of now (which is 2-3 weeks later) not one person has responded. Everyone I talk to seems like they don't know who is in charge of answering the questions I have and it seems no one is cross trained. I have thought about going up there to ask questions in person, but I was told I couldn't make an appointment for this so I would have to basically take off work to sit around and wait for someone to "possibly" be able to help me.By Christina Bennett, June 17, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The staff are friendly, courteous, and patient with all of my questions. The wait after you sign in is usually 10-15 minutes as long as you have made your appointment and show up on time. The one time I did not make an appointment, they still saw me and my wait was approximately 20-30 minutes. Not bad, considering the wait times at most offices and emergency rooms are 15-30 minutes. Overall I am pleased with the way they are taking care of me and my unborn baby. People complain about the service they are getting but fail to realize that it is "free", and these people aren't getting paid top dollar, not to mention that they have little funding but still provide adequate and exceptional care to families in need.
