  If you like bitter old ladies hit this joint up for a bad time! I've been doing business with this place for far too long. The older women who work here are bitter and rude towards customers, and not in the funny golden girls way. I drop off pre paid packages for pick up here NO MORE than 3 times a month. A certain woman there is always rude about it so I started going out of my way to purchase overpriced ($5-7) boxes and packing peanuts when I know I can get them cheaper anywhere else. I did this almost for the sole purpose of putting this woman's attitude to rest. The last time I went there she took it too far for me.. And right before I was getting to buy more overpriced boxes. So I asked for my packages back and left. Good riddance mail room, she mentioned they might close ✌

  I thoroughly disagree with the previous reviews of The Mail Room. My husband and I have been more than happy with the excellent service provided by this business. We highly recommend this company.
